DeWalt 6 Piece HSS E Cobalt Drill Bit Set

The DeWalt 6 Piece HSS E Cobalt Drill Bit Set is a professional-grade cobalt drill bit set designed for drilling into hard metals, stainless steel, and tough materials where standard HSS bits fall short.

Formulated with 8% cobalt content, these bits maintain a sharper cutting edge throughout extended use and deliver four times the working life compared to DeWalt Black Oxide bits. The optimised tip and flute geometry doubles penetration speed versus Black Oxide equivalents, removing material faster whilst reducing heat build-up — a critical advantage when drilling hardened or abrasive materials.

A stronger central core gives these bits twice the resistance to breakage, making them a reliable choice for contractors and engineers who need consistent performance across demanding applications. The set covers a practical size range from 2mm to 8mm, suitable for precision work through to general metalworking tasks, and arrives in a protective plastic case for organised storage on site.
