The DeWalt DCCS1100 18V XR Cordless Concrete Chemical Sprayer is a professional-grade cordless sprayer built for concrete and formwork contractors requiring powerful, consistent chemical application on site.

Engineered to withstand harsh construction chemicals, the DCCS1100 delivers up to 10.3 bar (150 PSI) of spray pressure with a 10-speed adjustable flow rate of up to 3 litres per minute. A maximum spray distance of 11 metres allows contractors to cover large areas quickly, while adjustable pressure settings between 20 and 150 PSI make it suitable for a range of chemical types including form oil, tilt release agents, curing compounds, and evaporation retardants.

The sprayer offers genuine on-site flexibility, functioning as either a backpack sprayer or a ground-operated pump. High-visibility shoulder straps support comfort and safety during prolonged use, and six interchangeable nozzles — including foaming, fan, jet stream, and adjustable brass cone options — allow precise tailoring of the spray pattern to suit the application.

When paired with the DeWalt DCBP518 POWERSTACK battery (sold separately), the DCCS1100 is capable of applying up to 264 litres of chemical and covering up to 8,400m² on a single charge — making it a highly capable choice for large-scale concrete and construction projects.
