The DeWalt DCE800 18V XR Cordless Brushless Drywall Sander is a professional-grade finishing tool engineered specifically for demanding drywall applications on the job site. Powered by an advanced brushless motor, it delivers extended durability, efficiency and power that tradespeople and contractors can rely on through long working days.
The 225mm high dust efficiency backing pad, combined with mesh paper, removes significantly more drywall dust and debris than traditional paper and backing pads, keeping your work area cleaner and your workflow uninterrupted. The telescopic handle adjusts quickly between 1.2m and 1.6m, whilst the lock-on switch allows comfortable, fatigue-free operation during extended use.
Available in multiple configurations — bare unit (no battery or charger), with a carry bag, or as a complete kit with two batteries and a charger — there is an option to suit every professional's existing toolkit setup.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
