The DeWalt DCMBBL800 is a dual-battery cordless backpack blower designed for professional groundskeepers, landscapers, and estate maintenance contractors tackling large-scale leaf and debris clearance.
Powered by two 54V XR FLEXVOLT batteries, this backpack blower delivers impressive performance with up to 21.6N of air pressure, airflow of 24.2 m³/min, and blowing speeds reaching 257 km/h. The dual battery configuration provides up to 82 minutes of runtime per charge when using two DCB549-XJ 54V 15Ah batteries in Eco mode, making it suitable for extended commercial applications without the noise and emissions of petrol-powered alternatives.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.

So upgrading to 54v means you can still make use of your 18v power tool range. 54v batteries are currently available in:

9ah (18v mode) / 3ah (54v mode)
12ah (18v mode) / 4ah (54v mode)
