The DeWalt DCS391 18V XR Cordless Circular Saw is part of the intelligent XR Lithium-Ion Series, engineered for professionals who demand efficiency and performance. By constantly monitoring tool and battery operation, the intelligent switch module maximises performance and prevents damage caused by overload or temperature build-up, making it truly "Tough on the outside and Intelligent on the inside".
At the heart of this saw is a powerful PM58 fan-cooled motor with replaceable brushes, delivering up to 3,700 RPM for fast-cutting action. The extremely durable tool design features a cast magnesium base for repetitive, accurate cuts, whilst the ergonomic handle with rubber overmold provides optimum comfort during extended use.
Available as a bare unit or as a complete kit with batteries, charger, and heavy-duty kitbox.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
