DeWalt DWST83442-1 Tough System V2 Heavy Duty Trolley Kit

The DeWalt DWST83442-1 ToughSystem 2.0 Heavy Duty Trolley Kit is a four-piece stackable tool storage bundle, comprising three cases and a wheeled trolley for organised, portable tool management on site.

The kit includes a DS166 small case, DS300 large case, and DS400 extra-large case, all designed to stack and lock together using auto-locking side latches. This allows the entire system to be transported as a single secure unit, saving time when moving between jobs. Each case features IP65-rated mould-integral seals, providing reliable protection against water ingress and dust — suitable for demanding site conditions.

Carrying and manoeuvring the loaded system is made easier by stronger, wider handles and the 8" wheels fitted to the trolley. The easy-close metal wire front latches allow one-handed operation, keeping things efficient when your other hand is occupied. A metal-reinforced padlock eye adds a layer of security when the kit is left unattended on site.

Each case also includes an internal fixing point for a DeWalt Tracker, enabling the boxes to be monitored via the DeWalt Tool Connect system — a useful feature for contractors managing tools across multiple locations.
