Designed for use with third sheet orbital sanders, these mesh sanding sheets deliver at least four times the service life of traditional DeWalt sanding sheets — significantly reducing consumable costs and downtime on the job site.

The open mesh construction allows dust to be drawn through the sheet across a wider surface area, rather than being restricted to the limited holes found in conventional sandpaper. This means more consistent dust extraction and a cleaner finish. Fibres are drawn away from the surface into the mesh holes rather than sitting between the material and the abrasive grains, maintaining cutting performance for longer.

The hook and loop fastening system removes the need for clip fastenings, making sheet changes faster and easier. Sheets can also be cleaned and reused, restoring them to near-new condition. Available in grits from 40g to 240g, in packs of 5.
