DeWalt Extreme 4X Life Mesh 115mm x 115mm Sanding Sheets

The DeWalt Extreme 4X Life Mesh Sanding Sheets are designed for use with quarter sheet orbital sanders, delivering exceptional durability and performance that far surpasses traditional sandpaper sheets. Available in 80g, 120g, and 240g grits, there is an option suited to every sanding application — from heavy stock removal to fine finishing work.

The open mesh construction is the key to their outstanding longevity. Rather than fibres building up between the abrasive grains and the workpiece, they are drawn away through the small holes in the sheet, keeping the abrasive surface clear and cutting efficiently for longer.

Dust extraction is also significantly improved. The mesh allows dust to be drawn through across the full surface area, rather than being restricted to the limited holes found in conventional sanding sheets — meaning no need to match a specific dust extraction pattern when selecting sheets.

Features and Benefits:
• Last at least four times longer than traditional DeWalt sandpaper sheets
• Mesh construction keeps fibres clear of the abrasive grains for consistent cutting
• Full-surface dust extraction through the mesh for improved visibility and finish
• No need to match a specific dust extraction hole pattern
• Sheets can be cleaned and reused, restoring them to near-new condition
• Hook and loop attachment eliminates the need for clip fastenings, speeding up sheet changes
