The Draper 95197 is a portable 2300W petrol inverter generator designed for powering sensitive electrical equipment on site or during power outages. Built around a reliable 125cc 4-stroke petrol engine with recoil start, this compact unit delivers pure sine wave power suitable for laptops, microwave ovens, induction hobs and TVs.
Inverter technology ensures clean, stable electricity free from voltage spikes that could damage delicate electronics. The generator offers dual 230V sockets for standard mains-powered equipment, plus a 12V DC output with charging lead included for battery charging applications. With a 7.5-litre fuel tank, it runs continuously for 5 hours at full load.
Portability is built in with an integrated handle and wheel kit, making single-person transport straightforward despite the 33kg weight. Petrol Engines
It is important to read all instructions regarding petrol products. 4 Stroke engines require oil and some machines are supplied dry (No oil to start with). Running a 4 stroke petrol machine without oil will result in the engine seizing and is not covered under warranty.
2 Stroke engines will need to have a mix of oil in the petrol this is normally 1 part oil to 50 parts petrol but not always, again please read the instructions supplied with your machine. Petrol engines do require more maintenance than electric engines but if reguarly maintained they will normally give many years of use.
