The Draper AP2 6-30V Automotive Diagnostic Probe is a versatile testing tool designed for automotive electricians and technicians working on 12V and 24V vehicle systems. This multi-function probe combines diagnostic capabilities with practical features to simplify electrical fault-finding and component testing on cars, vans, trucks and trailers.

The probe features a full colour LCD display for clear readings and pre-set modes for measuring DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance and diode testing. A built-in front LED torch provides additional illumination when working in poorly lit areas or engine bays. Vehicle components can be activated and tested either in-situ or prior to installation, making it ideal for both diagnostic work and pre-installation checks.

With a 6m extension cable included, this diagnostic probe is particularly suited to working on the rear of vehicles, trailers and larger commercial trucks where access to the battery may be some distance from the test point. The probe offers flexible power options - it can be connected directly to the vehicle battery using the supplied clamps or plugged into the auxiliary power socket using the 12V DC adaptor.
