The Draper BM13C is a bench morticer designed for creating accurate mortice and tenon joints in general workshop applications. This compact bench-mounted machine features a powerful induction motor that delivers reliable performance for morticing operations up to 1/2" capacity, making it ideal for furniture making, joinery work and frame construction.

Built for precision and versatility, the morticer includes a fully adjustable fence and workpiece holder that allows for accurate positioning of material during operation. The depth stop enables consistent mortice depth across multiple workpieces, whilst the secure work clamp holds timber firmly in place throughout the morticing process. The 150 x 340mm table provides a stable work surface, with the fence adjustable up to 84mm from the chisel centre.

The machine is supplied as a complete morticing solution with everything needed to start work immediately. The comprehensive accessory package includes three chisels covering the most commonly used sizes (1/4", 3/8" and 1/2"), along with chisel reducing adaptors that allow smaller chisels to be fitted safely. A 13mm chuck, chuck key and work clamp are also included, eliminating the need for additional purchases.
