Draper BM25 1" Bench Morticer and Stand

The Draper BM25 is a heavy-duty bench morticer designed for precision woodworking applications requiring accurate mortice and tenon joints. Featuring a powerful 750W induction motor, this floor-standing machine supports morticing up to 1" (25.4mm) capacity, making it ideal for joinery workshops, cabinet makers and furniture manufacturers working with solid timber.

The machine's robust construction includes a multi-directional table measuring 400 x 150mm, which moves back, forth and laterally to accommodate larger workpieces and simplify positioning during operation. Fully adjustable work clamps and depth stops ensure consistent, accurate morticing across repeat operations, whilst the maximum chisel stroke of 220mm and clamping height of 200mm provide excellent versatility for various joint configurations.
