The Draper Expert Polycarbonate Automatic Grease Feeder is designed for reliable, continuous lubrication of stationary machinery. Featuring a 1/8" BSPT thread connection, this automatic grease feeder delivers a consistent discharge at 1-2 PSI, ensuring optimal lubrication without manual intervention.

The transparent polycarbonate body allows for easy monitoring of grease levels and simple refilling using a standard grease gun, eliminating downtime and reducing maintenance complexity. Suitable for use with NLGI 0 to NLGI 4 specification grease, the unit operates effectively across a wide temperature range of -23°C to 121°C (-10°F to +250°F).

This grease feeder offers versatile mounting options and can be installed in any orientation - horizontal, vertical, or inverted - whilst maintaining constant lubrication performance. Supplied with three colour-coded springs (blue for light, silver for medium, and red for heavy duty), the feed rate can be adjusted to suit different grease viscosities and operating temperatures.

Ideal for use on stationary, non-vibrating machinery where shock loads are not present, such as conveyor systems, pumps, and small motors requiring consistent automatic lubrication.
