Bench is absolutely fit for purpose. Pieces are not well marked up so took a little while to put together

Good quality bench that is sturdy and strong. Poor instructions but once you get going it's pretty straightforward, as a reference use the picture on the box. Top marks to Draper for service - had a faulty draw runner but no spares were available so Draper sent a another workbench instead (clearly an ex-display model but still in vgc) 2 weeks later they sent the required draw runner!

This is a really good basic work bench. I purchased it because it was a special offer. This made it really good value for money. Saying that I don't think I would have paid the full RPP. There was a problem as I was supplied with a wrong drawer runner. Draper supplied a replacement by next day delivery so full marks to them

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
