The Draper MIG100 Gasless Turbo Mig Welder is a compact gasless MIG welder designed for versatility and portability in fabrication and repair work. Part of the Draper Storm Force® range, this welder utilises flux cored wire technology, eliminating the need for gas bottles and making it ideal for outdoor welding applications where wind would otherwise disrupt gas shielding.

With an adjustable amperage range from 40-100A and variable wire speed control, this MIG welder provides excellent control across different material thicknesses and welding tasks. The 60% duty cycle at 40A makes it suitable for sustained light fabrication work, whilst the 10% duty cycle at maximum output allows for intermittent heavy-duty applications. Fan cooling and thermal overload protection ensure reliable operation and longevity.

Weighing just 12kg with integrated carry handle, this portable welder is easy to transport between job sites.
