The Draper PG4000 is a powerful 3800W petrol inverter generator designed for demanding commercial and construction site applications. Powered by a robust 212cc four-stroke petrol engine, this open frame generator delivers reliable portable power wherever mains electricity is unavailable.
Built with pure sine wave inverter technology, this petrol generator provides clean, stable power suitable for running sensitive electronic equipment including laptops, power tools, microwaves and other appliances. The heavy-duty steel tubular frame protects the engine whilst oil and fuel resistant anti-vibration mounts reduce operational vibration for smoother running.
With a 5-litre fuel tank providing up to 5 hours of continuous operation at full load, the PG4000 is ideal for extended periods on construction sites, commercial environments and equipment hire applications. The integrated wheel kit and 28.5kg weight ensure reasonable portability around job sites. Dual 230V 13A sockets and two USB charging ports offer versatile connectivity options, whilst the easy pull recoil start mechanism ensures reliable starting. Compatible with both E5 and E10 fuel, making it suitable for modern petrol formulations.

Petrol Engines
It is important to read all instructions regarding petrol products. 4 Stroke engines require oil and some machines are supplied dry (No oil to start with). Running a 4 stroke petrol machine without oil will result in the engine seizing and is not covered under warranty.
2 Stroke engines will need to have a mix of oil in the petrol this is normally 1 part oil to 50 parts petrol but not always, again please read the instructions supplied with your machine. Petrol engines do require more maintenance than electric engines but if reguarly maintained they will normally give many years of use.
