Draper SDSHD1500E SDS Plus Rotary Hammer Drill

The Draper SDSHD1500E is a 1500W SDS Plus rotary hammer drill designed for demanding drilling and chiselling tasks in masonry, steel and wood. This versatile power tool combines four operational modes to handle multiple applications on site, making it ideal for electricians, builders and general contractors working with concrete, brick and blockwork.

Built around an all-metal gearbox for enhanced durability, this hammer drill delivers 5.5 joules of impact energy at up to 4250 blows per minute, providing the power needed to drill through tough materials efficiently. The drill offers a 32mm drilling capacity in masonry, 13mm in steel and 43mm in wood, whilst the no-load speed of 860rpm ensures controlled operation across different materials and applications.

User comfort and safety are prioritised through the anti-vibration handle that reduces fatigue during extended use, whilst the integrated safety clutch protects both operator and tool in the event of bit jamming. The adjustable side handle provides additional control and stability when working at different angles or on overhead tasks.

Supplied ready to work, this SDS Plus drill comes complete with a pointed chisel, flat chisel, three drill bits and a 2.2m cable fitted with a BS standard plug. The complete kit arrives in a storage case for organised transportation between job sites.
