The Draper Tyre Changer and Wheel Balancer Kit is a comprehensive wheel servicing solution designed for garages, workshops and mobile tyre fitting operations. This professional-grade kit combines a semi-automatic tyre changer with a precision wheel balancer, providing complete capability for efficient tyre changing and wheel balancing operations.

The tyre changer features a fully motorised turntable with pneumatically operated clamping jaws and a powerful 2100kg bead breaker, enabling quick and efficient removal and replacement of tyres on wheels up to 23" diameter. The self-centring four-jaw chuck ensures accurate wheel rim clamping, whilst plastic protectors on the mounting head safeguard alloy rims from damage. The large anti-skid rubber pad on the bead breaker preserves both tyres and rims during the changing process.

The semi-automatic wheel balancer delivers exceptional accuracy of 1 gram and can handle wheels up to 65kg and 24" in diameter, making it suitable for both passenger vehicles and light goods vehicles. Supplied with a calibration weight, this balancer ensures precise results across a wide range of wheel and tyre combinations.

Both machines operate from standard 13 amp plugs and require a compressed air supply of 90-115psi (6-8 BAR). The kit includes an extensive accessory pack featuring four centring cones, centring shaft, wheel weight pliers, hub nut and rim width callipers, tyre lever, filter regulator lubricator, alloy rim protectors, head tongue protectors, plus an inflation gun and air hose.
