Draper XP1000 VDE Insulated Tethered Long Nose Pliers

The Draper XP1000 VDE Insulated Tethered Long Nose Pliers are manufactured from premium special steel forged in Germany, delivering professional-grade performance for electrical work. Available in 160mm and 200mm sizes, these pliers feature induction-hardened jaws that provide superior gripping performance and effortless clean cutting edges. The internal knurled long nose head facilitates wire pulling and access to confined spaces, whilst precision-machined pivot pins ensure smooth one-handed operation with minimal play.

Designed with safety at the forefront, these pliers are tested to 10,000V and certified for use on live circuits up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. The two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handle maximises comfort during extended use, whilst integrated horns prevent slipping onto live conductors. The handle incorporates a tethered fixing solution to comply with Work at Height Regulations (lanyard Stock No. 82474 and wrist strap Stock No. 03740 sold separately). Maximum cutting capacity of 1.6mm.
