Draper XP1000 VDE Tethered High Leverage Combination Pliers
The Draper XP1000 VDE Tethered High Leverage Combination Pliers are manufactured from premium steel forged in Germany, delivering exceptional quality and reliability for electrical work. Induction-hardened jaws provide superior gripping performance and an effortless clean cutting edge, whilst off-centred precision-machined pivot pins allow smooth one-handed operation with minimum play, increasing grip when required.
The two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handles ensure maximum grip and user comfort, with horns that prevent slipping onto live conductors. Tested to 10,000V, these pliers are certified for working on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. The handle incorporates a tethered fixing solution to comply with Work at Height Regulations (lanyard Stock No. 82474 and wrist strap Stock No. 03740 sold separately). Available in sizes from 180mm to 200mm.
