Draper Zirconium Oxide Flap Discs

These premium-quality resin-bonded zirconium oxide flap discs from Draper deliver enhanced cutting performance and efficiency across a wide range of metalworking and finishing applications. Engineered with a self-sharpening feature, these discs provide increased high stock removal rates whilst maintaining excellent durability throughout their working life.

The robust X-weight polyester-cotton backing material ensures flexible yet aggressive cutting performance, making them ideal for both medium and high-pressure grinding operations. Each disc features a T-29 conical shape with 15–25 degree angled flaps, specifically designed for contoured and flat-edged work. This versatile design makes them suitable for sanding, grinding, stock removal and weld preparation across metal, carbon steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, wood and plastic.

Available in 100mm and 115mm disc sizes with grit options of 40g, 60g and 80g, offered in both individual discs and convenient 10-packs.
