Einhell Genuine PXC 18v Cordless Slim Plus Li-ion Multi-Ah Battery 6ah
The Einhell 18V 4-6 Ah Multi-Ah PXC PLUS is a unique battery which can be used in two different modes. Operating at 6.0ah gives you the maximum amount of runtime, enabling bigger jobs to be completed on a single charge, but for everyday applications that don't need this extra boost, switching it to 4.0ah mode places less stress on the battery and increases the useable lifespan of the cells (the battery can last around three times longer in this mode).
Suitable for all Power X-Change 18v cordless DIY or Garden power tools and also suitable for twin-pack use in 36v Power X-Change tools.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
