Wow, it's big! Bigger than I had expected and made of - what appears to be - very good quality plastic. It opens to reveal loads of storage in the bottom and sides + the lids close securely to (hopefully) keep all the items in the side containers secure - I have no reason to think they won't given it's perceived quality. The side containers fold up and snap into place very easily, ready to be lugged about with a sturdy carry handle. Not a cheap item but should last a long time.

Having just received this storage box i can say it is very good indeed. Fits 2 small 12v drill/drivers plus charger and batteries in 1 side. Tools in the bottom and all my screws on other side although does make side with screws weightier than the other side but perfect for my use.
