Constructed from durable metal and polypropylene, the chest features soft thermoplastic corner bumpers that absorb impacts and protect against damage during transport. The grooved worktop includes two fixed edges and two retractable edges, allowing large items to sit flush with the surface whilst preventing objects from falling during transit. A convenient row of holes beside each retractable edge provides storage for hand tools such as screwdrivers.

Built to withstand heavy workshop use, the chest features stainless steel screws, an epoxy powder paint finish, and anodised aluminium drawer handles for long-term protection against environmental damage, wear and liquid spillages. The central drawer lock is recessed into the left side bumper to protect the key from accidental damage.
