Faithfull Diamond Sharpening Stone

The Faithfull Diamond Sharpening Stone is a professional-grade sharpening system designed for maintaining precision cutting tools and blades. This complete kit features a double-sided 8mm thick metal stone electroplated with monocrystalline diamond, offering both 400 grit coarse and 1000 grit fine surfaces for comprehensive sharpening from edge restoration to fine honing.

Unlike traditional abrasive sharpening stones, this diamond whetstone maintains an absolutely flat sharpening surface that will not groove or wear unevenly over time. This characteristic is essential for achieving consistent straight edges on precision tools such as wood chisels and plane irons, making it ideal for carpenters, joiners and woodworkers who demand accuracy from their cutting tools.

The stone is compatible with carbon steel, HSS and tungsten carbide tools, and can be used dry or with water as a lubricant. It's suitable for sharpening knives, scissors, chisels, plane blades, cutting blades and TCT router bits, and can even be used to abrade glass, ceramic tiles and porcelain. The docking station features three solid non-slip rubber pads and robust steel rods with easy-grip screw nuts for precise and firm fixing of the stone.

The adjustable docking station accepts stones from 135 to 216mm in length and incorporates a 6mm deep recess to provide a secure and stable base for all sharpening operations. The stone can be quickly released and flipped to access either grit surface. Supplied complete with a storage wallet for protected storage and transport.
