Thinking a "heavy duty all steel fork" would be a tough, strong tool, capable of digging out thick grass and deep roots, docks, thistles, couch grass etc. From an overgrown plot, i bought this. The balance & appearance of the fork is fine but the tines bend with ease making it useless for the task, my regular digging fork however (bulldog brand) is standing up to the task admirably. i question whether the tines were tempered?
