Festool CT VA 20 Pre Separator for CT Mobile Dust Extractors

The Festool CT VA 20 Pre-Separator is a cyclone dust pre-separation unit designed to work in conjunction with Festool CT mobile dust extractors, intercepting up to 95% of dust before it reaches the main extractor unit.

By capturing the bulk of dust, shavings and chips in its own 20-litre collection container, the CT VA 20 significantly reduces the load on the main filter. This helps maintain consistently high suction power throughout the working day, without the need for frequent filter cleaning or replacement.

The pre-separator is well suited to demanding applications that generate large quantities of fine mineral dust, including work with diamond grinders and renovation millers. It is equally effective when used with saws, routers and planers, where high volumes of coarse chips and shavings are produced.

The cyclone Systainer and collection container are designed to stack compactly for safe, convenient transport between sites. Disposal bags are included to make emptying the container quick and hygienic. The unit can also be used independently from the pre-separator when not required.
