When sanding extremely soft fillers, excessive extraction force can cause the abrasive to drag and scratch the surface. This connecting sleeve solves that problem by allowing you to reduce the extraction effect to a minimum, protecting delicate filler work without interrupting your workflow.

Switching the bypass on or off is straightforward: simply disconnect the rubber ring from the sleeve, rotate it 180°, and reattach it. The bypass can be activated or deactivated at any point during use, making this sleeve equally suitable for both soft and hard filling applications.
