Festool IP-STF D150 150mm Sander Interface Pads
The Festool IP-STF D150 Sander Interface Pad is a 150mm cushioning pad designed to sit between the abrasive disc and sanding pad, reducing the risk of oversanding at edges.
Ideally suited for bodywork, furniture manufacture, and finish-sanding of surfacers, this interface pad provides a controlled buffer that allows the abrasive to follow curves and contours without cutting through at edges. It is a practical addition for automotive refinishing and painting or varnishing work where consistent, even material removal is essential.
The pad's 5mm height provides optimal thickness for sanding profiles, beading, and shaped components, making it particularly useful in coachbuilding and cabinet-making environments where surface quality is critical.
