Festool RTSC 400 18v Cordless Brushless Orbital Sander
This variant of the Festool RTSC 400 18V Cordless Brushless Orbital Sander is supplied as a body-only configuration, complete with a Festool systainer case but no batteries or charger included — ideal if you already own compatible 18V Festool batteries and wish to expand your cordless system without duplication.
Weighing just 1.4 kg and featuring a brushless EC-TEC motor, this one-handed sander is perfectly suited for vertical surfaces, overhead work, and tight or awkward spaces. The integral dust extraction system with a long-life nonwoven polyester dust collection bag keeps the work area clean without the need for a hose connection.
For unlimited runtime, the battery pack can be replaced with the plug-it mains adapter, making this equally capable for continuous stationary use indoors.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
