The Flex DGE 25 18.0-EC C is an 18V cordless die grinder designed for precision grinding, deburring, and metalworking tasks in professional trade environments. Featuring advanced brushless motor technology, this straight grinder delivers superior efficiency and extended service life compared to conventional brushed motors.
The long-necked design provides excellent manoeuvrability, enabling access to confined and hard-to-reach areas where standard grinders cannot operate effectively. A spindle lock mechanism facilitates quick and simple tool changes on site, whilst the removable protective metal grille guards against dust ingress during demanding applications.
The electronic management system (EMS) continuously monitors machine performance, protecting against overload whilst extending operational lifespan. Speed preselection across 4 steps allows precise control for different materials and tasks, with CDC constant electronics maintaining consistent performance under load. Soft start, restart lock, and temperature monitoring further enhance operator safety and machine protection.
Ideal for grinding, deburring, freehand milling, cutting, and rust removal across automotive, fabrication, and general metalworking applications. This tool is supplied as a bare unit without battery or charger, and is compatible with all Flex 18V battery packs within the manufacturer's cordless platform.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
