The Flex Power Tools GRS 160 Guide Rail is a precision-engineered aluminium guide rail designed for accurate cutting applications with compatible circular saws and plunge saws. Manufactured from high-quality aluminium profile, this 1600mm guide rail features an anodized sliding coating that ensures smooth tool movement and a guide rib for precise tracking.

The rail incorporates a plugged rubber lip as a contact edge at the marking point, providing clear visual reference and protecting work surfaces from damage. Anti-slip protection on the bottom ensures the guide rail remains stable during use, even on smooth or vertical surfaces, delivering consistent accuracy throughout your cuts.

For projects requiring extended cutting capacity, the guide rail can be joined to additional rails using the optional Flex GRS connector (FLXGRSV), allowing contractors and joiners to extend their working length as needed.
