Flex RSP DW 18.0-EC 18v Cordless Brushless Reciprocating Saw
The Flex RSP DW 18.0-EC is an 18V cordless reciprocating saw engineered for demanding cutting tasks in timber and metal. Featuring an advanced brushless motor, this recipro saw delivers enhanced efficiency and extended service life compared to traditional brushed motors.
The accelerator switch enables precise control with a soft start function and variable speed adjustment up to 3,000 strokes per minute, making it suitable for both aggressive demolition work and controlled precision cuts. The universal saw blade holder accepts standard reciprocating saw blades and features tool-free blade changes with an integrated ejection function for quick blade removal between tasks.
Practical design features include a 180-degree blade rotation capability and an adjustable saw support that can be positioned or removed without tools, allowing tradespeople to adapt the saw for different cutting angles and applications. The integrated Electronic Management System (EMS) monitors and protects the motor whilst optimising performance and extending component life.
Built for sustained use on site, the saw features an ergonomically designed soft-grip handle and rubberised gear case for secure handling during prolonged cutting operations. An integrated LED work light illuminates the cutting area in dimly lit conditions. With a 32mm stroke length, the saw cuts through timber up to 300mm thick and metal up to 20mm, making it ideal for demolition work, pipework installation, and general construction tasks.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
