Flex SHE 16 18.0-EC C 18v Cordless Brushless Metal Shears
The Flex SHE 16 18.0-EC C is a professional cordless metal shear designed for cutting sheet metal with precision and control. Powered by an efficient brushless motor, this 18V tool delivers longer service life and greater power efficiency compared to brushed alternatives, making it ideal for demanding metalworking applications.
The tool features four HSS reversible cutters that can be rotated to provide four cutting edges, maximising tool longevity and reducing replacement costs. Blade spacing is flexibly adjustable to accommodate different sheet thicknesses, whilst the design ensures burr-free cutting for a clean finish that requires minimal post-processing. The streamlined handle section incorporates soft-grip inlays for enhanced comfort during extended use.
Safety and control are prioritised with a large hand guard protecting the operator and an anti-kickback shutdown function that immediately stops the motor if the tool becomes blocked. The compact design offers excellent curve mobility, enabling convenient cutting of tight radii from just 15mm, making it particularly suitable for intricate metalwork, HVAC installation, roofing applications, and automotive bodywork.
Supplied as a bare unit without battery or charger, the tool is compatible with all Flex 18V battery packs within the Flex battery system.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
