A : Hi Jim, if you use the mower without the grass collector there is a cover that blocks the chute so that the clippings are directed down onto the lawn (rather than onto the operator)
Q : Where can I get a replacement battery for the easistore aR300li battery 20v2.2ah
A : Hi Daphne, I'm afraid at the time of writing we don't stock any Flymo batteries and I think the best thing to do would be to contact Flymo directly to see if they're able to either supply these as spare parts or advise of a stockist who is able to supply them
Q : Is the roller detachable? We have a small lawn and don’t want stripes. Thank so much.
A : Hi Pete, from looking at the machine it appears the roller is fixed in place with screws and I'd guess it can therefore be easily removed if required - however, I'd recommend speaking to Flymo's technical support team if you want to be absolutely certain as unfortunately the manual doesn't confirm this.
Q : Hi. Do I need to both 20v batteries to use the mower? Having bought this during the COVID -19 lock down I find that one of the batteries does not work and wonder therefore if I can use with one battery? Thanks Anna
A : Hi Anna, this is a 40v machine so I'm afraid it does actually need two batteries in order to work - some other mowers have two battery ports and use one battery after the other but in this instance it uses them simultaneously.
