Q : Hi Does the reel come with the basic classic or flex hose ?
A : Hi Lee, Gardena don't actually specify this so it looks like it could be subject to change, especially since we went and checked the stock and discovered the hose doesn't match the stock image - the ones we have in currently have a blue and grey hose on them which looks very much like the Gardena Classic hose pipe we stock on product ID 21008927
Q : Hi. Question regarding the gardena hose reel classic 50. It states that you usually dispatch within 30 days. Is that right or a typo? Thanks Jan
A : Hi Jan, unfortunately at the present time I can confirm that is correct! Usually we can get these out straight away but due to unprecedented demand and lockdown restrictions there are severe delays expected until things start to calm down again

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
