Q : I’ve just purchased Gardena Water Pressure Sprayer (New Model) and it doesn’t have a brass sprayer. I’m disappointed with the plastic one that is on the one I just purchased. If there is one one please could you send it to me? Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Roy
A : Hi Roy, apologies but it looks like this was an error in the original description and this 5 litre sprayer has an all-plastic nozzle. I'm going to get the description amended and will speak to Gardena to see if it's possible to swap out the nozzle on this model for a brass fitting - unfortunately at this time of year they tend to be very busy so it may take them some time to confirm but I'll get back to you as soon as I hear either way. We don't stock any spare brass nozzles that appear to be suitable unfortunately, but if you'd rather not wait to find out the outcome you can always contact our customer service team and they'll be able to go through the options with you for returning or exchanging.
Q : Please can you tell me where this is made?
A : Hi Christine, Gardena make many of their tools in Germany, but they haven't specified where this sprayer is made. Therefore I am guessing it is probably manufactured outside of Germany somewhere, but I'm afraid I don't have any details on this.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
