I've had a superhoze before and it lasted 2 years before the inner tube split, however, it was left outside all the time, so my own fault really. There may have been something about leaving it outside on the box but I didn't see it, but I guess the inner hose has to be lightweight and therefore susceptible to perishing. I bought another because it is more manageable than a traditional hose. I will be keeping this one in its box in the garage this winter, so hopefully, it will last longer.

So far so good however, my experience with cheaper versions of this hose is that when it works it's great but the proof of the pudding is how long it lasts

Everything fine but I'm just hoping stays ok as previous hose , from homebase, sprang a leak after about 18 months into a 3 yr guarantee. Felt a bit stuck because of lock down and our homebase has closed.

Excellent design, expands and reduces in length brilliantly. Needs a storage device whilst in use during summer rather than lying on ground, but I imagine it needs to dry out to avoid rotting. The water pressure needs to be balanced to ensure the hose doesn't shrink during use.

Water squirts out of the piece that connects the hose to the attachment, could be our water pressure, going to try different connector. Apart from this the hose is really good, it doesn't get tangled up and is easy to to store on hook next to outside tap.

A : I'm afraid I don't have this information but if you contact Hozelock they may be able to confirm the country of manufacture

A : Hi Jonathan, I'm afraid it is very hard to predict delivery times at the moment. Currently we expect to be able to ship this item out within two weeks of an order being placed and it shouldn't take too long once it's out for delivery but I can't offer you much more information than that at this stage.

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
