Liberon Bronze Liming Brush

The Liberon Bronze Liming Brush is a specialised hand wire brush designed for opening the grain of hardwood timber before applying liming wax. This traditional woodworking tool features long-lasting bronze bristles that effectively work open the wood grain without causing damage, making it an essential accessory for achieving authentic limed finishes on hardwood surfaces.

The ergonomically shaped handle provides a comfortable grip during extended use, reducing hand fatigue when working on larger projects. Bronze bristles are specifically chosen for their durability and non-corrosive properties, ensuring the brush maintains its effectiveness over time whilst preventing any rust contamination on precious timber surfaces.

Beyond its primary liming application, this versatile brush is suitable for cleaning heavy carvings, detailed mouldings and stone surfaces. The robust bronze bristles make it ideal for removing accumulated dirt, debris and old finishes from intricate decorative woodwork and architectural features where conventional cleaning methods prove ineffective.
