This is just great - splits logs very effectively. great for making kindling or splitting larger stuff. seems very well built. simple design.

The equipment is much safer to use than an axe and sledge hammer. I was surprised how easy it was to split a big log. Highly recommended.

Just tried this today and it really does work amazingly well even on big logs. far better than an axe and simple to use. no fuel or power required ao 100% green. it seems to be very sturdy and there's not much to go wrong so reliability should be 5/5. it's a bit tricky to ensure the support rod is vertical and the high-quality spanner and drill bit are a waste if, like me, you already have such tools. otherwise fully recommended.

an excellent product, well built, and as they say, it dose what it says on the tin,plus very good value for money. I would recommend to anyone.

A really great little product. It can split huge slices of tree trunk all the way down to making kindling with it! childs-play to use and makes logging safe, easy and quite fun to do! i also bought a smart log-holder which is proving to be another great little product. both items work exactly as shown in their respective videos. I can highly recommend both of these "loggers" to anyone with lots of logs to make.

This splitter was able to split twisted old sycamore and holly crowns that my log maul, heavy axe, and hammer and wedge could not cope with. it couldn't split every log in the pile, but was far and away the best solution to log splitting at the price. it was easy to put together, a 20mm drill bit and a big spanner were included in the box. for me the weight could be a little heavier, but you would be able to use this for a couple of hours without getting too fatigued, and its much safer to use than an axe. i like it and will continue to use it.
