Makita A24R Long Life Metal Depressed Grinding Disc
The Makita A24R Long Life Metal Depressed Grinding Disc is a heavy duty consumable engineered for professionals who demand consistent, reliable performance across demanding metalworking applications. Designed with a depressed centre profile, these discs provide excellent clearance and control during grinding, making them well suited to weld removal, surface preparation, and deburring tasks on steel and other metals on the job site.
Constructed with an A24R-BF aluminium oxide abrasive grain, these discs deliver an aggressive yet controlled cut with extended disc life — reducing the frequency of changeovers and keeping downtime to a minimum. The 6mm thickness provides the rigidity needed for heavy stock removal without sacrificing user control.
Available in sizes from 100mm to 230mm, there is a variant to suit a range of angle grinders commonly used in trade and construction environments.
