The Makita BO5031 Random Orbital Disc Sander has been developed as the successor to the BO5010 and BO5012 models, delivering enhanced performance for professional trade applications. This 125mm sander combines a high-power 300W motor with advanced electronic speed control, making it ideal for heavy-duty sanding tasks across a wide range of materials.

Featuring the same ergonomic soft grip design as the popular BO4555 series, this sander ensures comfortable operation during extended use. The variable speed control ranges from 4,000 to 12,000 orbits per minute, with constant speed maintained under load for consistent results. The 2.8mm orbit diameter provides an excellent balance between material removal and surface finish quality.
