Makita CF001G 40v Max XGT Cordless Portable Fan
The Makita CF001G is a cordless portable fan designed to provide effective cooling in workshops, on construction sites, and other professional environments where reliable air circulation is essential.
Part of Makita's advanced 40V Max XGT system, this versatile fan offers dual power options for maximum flexibility. It runs on any Makita 40V Max XGT lithium-ion battery for complete portability, or can be connected to a 240V mains supply using the included AC adaptor when working near a power source. This makes it ideal for both remote job sites and fixed workshop locations.
The fan features three air speed settings ranging from 120 m/min on low through to 190 m/min on high, allowing you to adjust airflow to suit conditions. Three timer settings enable automated operation, with the fan automatically switching off when the timer expires – perfect for maintaining comfortable working conditions without constant monitoring.
Enhanced usability comes from the adjustable head which tilts up and down, whilst a 45-degree left-to-right oscillation mode distributes cool air over a wider area. The redesigned fan and cover reduce operational noise for quieter running, and the easily removable fan cover simplifies cleaning and maintenance. With a 235mm fan diameter and weighing between 2.0-3.0kg, the CF001G delivers effective cooling in a compact, portable format.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
