Makita DLM382 Twin 18v LXT Cordless Lawnmower 380mm
The Makita DLM382 is a professional 380mm push-type cordless lawn mower with a durable plastic deck, powered by two 18V LXT Li-ion batteries operating in series to deliver 36V of cutting power. Designed for lawns up to 560m², this mower features a powerful 36V DC motor with Soft Start technology that controls the initial power supply, ensuring smooth ramp-up even when the switch is fully depressed.
The wide 380mm cutting width is complemented by 13 adjustable cutting height settings from 20-75mm, all selected via a convenient single lever adjustment. The 40-litre grass collection box includes a grass level indicator for easy monitoring. With low noise and vibration levels, rubberised handlebars for comfort, and an electric brake for safety, this cordless mower delivers professional results without the hassle of petrol engines or trailing cables.
Available as a bare unit or with battery and charger configurations to suit your existing Makita LXT collection.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
