This body-only configuration of the Makita DPB180 18v cordless bandsaw is ideal for tradespeople who already own Makita LXT batteries and chargers, allowing you to expand your toolkit without duplicating accessories. This extremely lightweight bandsaw delivers professional cutting performance whilst weighing just 6.4kg, making it perfect for overhead work and extended use.
The adjustable stopper plate allows precise cutting of pipes close to walls or floors, whilst the built-in LED light illuminates your cutting line in poorly lit spaces. With variable blade speed from 1.4 to 2.7m/sec, you can adjust performance to suit different materials. The ergonomically designed soft grip ensures comfortable handling even during demanding applications.

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
