Makita DPO600 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Random Orbit Polisher 150mm
The Makita DPO600 is a professional 18V LXT cordless random orbit polisher featuring a 150mm pad and advanced brushless motor technology. Compatible with all Makita 18V LXT lithium-ion batteries, this versatile polisher offers two distinct polishing modes to suit different applications.
Normal mode delivers orbital action with forced pad rotation, ideal for rough polishing and surface treatment work. Finishing mode provides orbital action with free pad rotation for fine polishing and achieving superior surface finishes. The variable speed control, accessible via both trigger and dial, ensures precise control across all polishing tasks.
Designed with user comfort and safety in mind, the DPO600 features an ergonomic soft grip, two-hand grip design, and elastomer bumpers that allow the tool to be rested upside down without damaging workpieces. The hook and loop pad mounting system enables quick and easy pad changes, whilst removable dust covers help maintain a cleaner working environment. Available as a bare tool or in a comprehensive kit with batteries, charger and tool bag.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
