Makita DPO600 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Random Orbit Polisher 150mm
This is the Makita DPO600Z bare tool variant, supplied without batteries, charger or carry case. Perfect for professionals already invested in the Makita 18V LXT platform, this configuration allows you to expand your tool collection without duplicating batteries and chargers you may already own.
The DPO600Z delivers exceptional polishing performance with its brushless motor and dual-mode operation. Switch between Normal mode (0-6,800 opm) for aggressive surface treatment and Finishing mode (0-5,200 opm) for fine polishing work. The 5.5mm orbit diameter combined with the 150mm pad size provides excellent coverage and finish quality.
Practical features include constant speed control to maintain performance under load, soft start for controlled operation, and an anti-restart function for safety. The ergonomic design with soft grip and two-hand grip configuration reduces operator fatigue during extended use, whilst elastomer bumpers protect workpieces when resting the tool.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.

A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
