Makita DUR368L Twin 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Grass Trimmer 350mm
The Makita DUR368L is a professional cordless brushless grass trimmer with a loop handle, powered by two LXT Lithium-Ion batteries in series for 36v performance. This advanced trimmer features electronic 3-speed selection, allowing you to match the cutting speed to the task at hand, whilst the automatic torque drive technology (ATD) intelligently adjusts speed according to weed density for extended battery life and reduced noise levels.
The brushless motor delivers efficient, reliable performance with minimal maintenance, whilst active feedback sensing technology (AFT) provides enhanced safety by shutting down the tool if rotation suddenly slows. Twin LED fuel gauges keep you informed of battery status, and the reverse switch makes removing grass clippings quick and easy. The small protector design gives you an excellent view of the cutting area for precise trimming.
This grass trimmer is available in multiple kit configurations to suit your needs, from body-only to complete kits with batteries and charger.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
