This is the bare unit variant of the Makita DUR369A, supplied without batteries or charger, making it the ideal choice for tradespeople who already own Makita 18v LXT batteries and want to expand their cordless tool collection without duplicating power sources. This configuration offers excellent value whilst maintaining all the professional features of the DUR369A.
The unit arrives ready to work with a comprehensive accessory package including metal 2-tooth blade for tougher vegetation, plastic blade for lighter duties, and nylon cutting head for finishing work. The included harness ensures comfortable weight distribution during extended use, whilst the blade guard provides essential safety protection.
Powered by two 18v LXT batteries in series (sold separately), this brushless brush cutter delivers 36v performance with intelligent speed control and automatic torque adjustment. The reverse function makes light work of clearing tangled clippings, whilst the offset handlebar design reduces operator fatigue.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance.
