Makita DUX60 Twin 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Split Shaft Garden Multi Tool Kit
The Makita DUX60 is a professional-grade twin 18V LXT cordless brushless split shaft garden multi-tool system designed for groundcare professionals and commercial landscapers. Part of Makita's proven twin 18V LXT platform, this versatile system delivers 36V DC motor power with the efficiency of brushless motor technology.
This comprehensive set includes three professional attachments: the EM404MP brushcutter with steel drive shaft and bump-and-feed trimmer head for efficient grass cutting; the EY403MP pole saw featuring a 300mm chainsaw bar, transparent oil tank and branch hook for tree maintenance; and the EN402MP hedge trimmer with 500mm double-edged blade and 13-stage angle adjustment (90° up to 90° down) for tackling high hedges. The tool-less slide joint coupling with clip-lock system enables quick, secure attachment changes on site.
Available with battery and charger configurations or as a bare unit for tradespeople already invested in the LXT system.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
